Throughout the month of October we invite you to check out our Brain Quiz Corner display at the Main Library. Each week there will be a new quiz with questions on obesity and the relation to the brain/mind. One winner will be drawn from the correct quizzes for the week, with the possibility of winning Publix gift cards, gift cards for the Mainly Books Bookstore, reusable grocery bags full of healthy foods, and more! Join the SPOOKY fun for Teen Read Week and create a horror short story about the library or one of those creepy librarians! Who knows what might lurk in the stacks or ooze from the reference desk? You do...and you can tell us. Pick up an entry form at the Main Library for the contest rules, and turn in your story by October 29 to win a $25 gift card for a mystery location.
