Saturday, November 3 from 10 am - 12 pmAll children are invited to be read to by a teen or practice reading to a teen each month in the Children's Department - this program is presented by the teens of Ponte Vedra High School's Book Club! Select what you'd like to hear or read from any of our books or bring your favorites from home. Please note: All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program and to be a teen participating in the program, you must be a member of the Ponte Vedra High School Book Club.
International Games Day
Saturday, November 3 from 1 - 4 pmThanks to our special gaming friends at PlayStation, all children, teens, and their families have the opportunity today to try out a not-yet-released game called "Wonderbook: Book of Spells" for the PlayStation3. According to PlayStation: Wonderbook: Book of Spells takes you on a magical interactive journey of becoming a powerful wizard in your very own living room. Featuring original writing from world famous author, J.K. Rowling, discover back story and new conundrums from the world of Harry Potter. Chapter by chapter, you will be able to read about and practice spells including such fan favorites as Incendio, Wingardium Leviosa, and Expelliarmus. Learn valuable experiences and lessons along the way to becoming a master witch or wizard and earn House Points - just like a student at Hogwarts!

Planning for College Seminar
