Tweens in 4th - 7th grade ONLY are invited to come on out and bring your friends for an afternoon of fun building with Legos and hanging out at the library. No registration is necessary and it's free! Thanks to our Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for providing the Legos for this very special program just for Tweens! Please Note: Starting in January 2013, this program moves from the 2nd to the 3rd Wednesday of every month! Detectives at Scotland Yard enjoy finishing the day with a spot of tea, or at least they seemed to in The Yard, by Alex Grecian. In celebration of St. Johns Reads 2013, we invite you to join us as we discover amazing clues about tea and sift through loose tea leaves. Help us solve the case of which type of tea: white, green, black, or herbal tastes the best, and is the healthiest for you to drink. Enjoy a mystery tea tasting, and see if you can correctly identify those teas! This FREE workshop is presented by Joa Jane from Lah-Tea-Dah! Don't forget to check out some of our tea books!

If you like art and you're in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade, come to the Bartram Trail Library on Wednesday at 3 pm where we'll be looking at actual paintings created by the Florida Highwaymen. Did you know that there were 26 self-taught artists and that their works are an important part of Florida's history? You'll leave with your own art project inspired by the art of the Highwaymen!
