Be sure to bring your cameras. Thanks to Ms. Nicole of the Anastasia Island Branch Library for partnering with us to provide the crafts and the Pete the Cat visit. The ice cream and bottled water for this program are generously provided by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library.

Join turtle advocate, Jade Dupuis, from St. Johns County Environmental Division, as she teaches us about the amazing turtles found in our area, and why they need our help. Sea turtles are amongst the oldest creatures on earth, but they are currently threatened. The beaches of northeast Florida are an important nesting area for the loggerhead, green, and leatherback sea turtles each summer. Discover how we can share and protect the beaches. We think our turtle friends are so COOL, we'll even celebrate nesting season with a "turtle" ice cream party. This free program is sponsored in partnership with the Friends of the Library of St. Johns County.

Give your feet a treat by experiencing Raindrop Therapy. Inspired by the Lakota Indians, Raindrop Therapy uses therapeutic oils for balancing and rejuvenating the mind and body. When properly applied to the neck, back and feet, these essential oils can bring about electrical alignment and help relieve a variety of discomforts caused by imbalances in the body. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Anastasia Island Branch Library.
