At this free session we’ll explore practical, easy ways to take care of the body, reduce stress and relax, improve breathing and energy levels. Yoga can be a part of your unique, changing lifestyle. First timers are very welcome. Experience yoga with respect and gentleness in a comfortable environment. Presented by yoga instructor, Marlene Pitts.
