  • Gentle Stretch with Gina Marie

    This free class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement, and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Stretching is great for those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, or overall stiffness. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel & mat. Presented by yoga instructor, Gina Mercado.

    book coverThis weeks theme is fall. Join us for a sampling of some beautifully illustrated books such as The Turning of the Year by Bill Martin and What Does the Sky Say? by Nancy Carlstrom. Of course will sing and dance, too, and do a leaf rubbing craft.

      

  • Stay 'n Play

    Friday, October 4 @ 11 am

    There’s no need to rush out after storytime. Instead, stay, socialize with other adults, and maybe even relax. Toys and games will be provided for the little ones so that they can socialize, too.

     

  • Teen Lounge

    Friday, October 4 @ 3:30pmteen gaming

    Teens, join us for gaming on the Xbox, PlayStation or Wii, play board games, paint, or just hang out with your friends in a fun, friendly environment. Guitars and a keyboard are available if you feel like getting musical.

     

  • Friends of the Library Booksale

    Friday, October 4 from 12pm - 6pm

    Tables full of books of all kinds will be on sale with most priced at $1.00 or lower. In addition to books, other items such as DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, audio books and LPs will be available. The FOLSE Bookstore will be open during the same hours with the same low prices. The sale will continue Saturday, October 5 from 10am to 4pm.

     

  • First Friday Florida Book Club
