The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Stretching is great for those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, or overall stiffness. Storytime will feature some special visitors this week in recognition of Fire Safety Week. Cora Clements, Senior Forest Ranger of the Florida Forest Service, and her friend, Smokey the Bear, and will read a special story. Children will learn how to build and put out campfires safely, and be given a tour of the wildland fire fighting vehicle and its special equipment.
