Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants Presents: The Language of Flowers, A St. Johns Reads Event

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants (Cathy and Marilyn) - members of the Garden Club of St. Augustine - are coming to your library to show you how to use food and flowers to spruce up your home with a Victorian twist. Raffle tickets are available for purchase from the Friends of the Library to win the arrangements the Sisterhood create! Proceeds help sponsor this event. All materials are generously provided by the Friends of the Anastasia Island Branch Library.

Nutrition Expert and Health Coach Marion Thompson will share her top five tips for being your best you!  Included in this presentation will be a discussion about the various health issues centered around eating wheat gluten.  
Thompson is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Nutrional Health Coach who teaches people they have the power to live happy and healthy lives.

(G) When Cinderella's cruel stepmother prevents her from attending the Royal Ball, she gets some unexpected help from the lovable mice Gus and Jaq, and from her Fairy Godmother.
