This anti-bullying program deals with this serious topic in a fun manner using comedy, magic, ventriloquism, musical routines, and lots of interaction. Help give your kids the tools to take a stand against bullying. This program is intended for elementary-age children, but is fun for all. Please note: This program will be held in the Hastings Recreation Center gym at 400 E. Harris St. Please wear rubber soled shoes.

Bring your toddlers, friends, and family for a storytelling adventure and treats. The library's teen volunteers will be handing out sweets on the "Trail of Treats." Costumes are encouraged but not required. Entertainment is provided by Meredith Rae Music and this event is located behind the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library with parking to the south end of the building. Join us and Happy Halloween.

Celebrate Halloween at the library with Family Storytime and test drive your Halloween costume, if you wish, by wearing it to storytime. We'll enjoy some not-too-spooky BOOOOOks and a fun Halloween craft afterwards. Happy Halloween!

Calling all monsters, princesses, friendly ghosts, and superheroes, come in your costume to our (un-scary) After-Hours Halloween Party, or come just as you are. Join us for a fun, family-oriented evening, including games, crafts, & treats.

Storytime will feature some special visitors this week in recognition of Fire Safety Week. Cora Clements, Senior Forest Ranger of the Florida Forest Service, and her friend, Smokey the Bear, and will read a special story. Children will learn how to build and put out campfires safely, and be given a tour of the wildland fire fighting vehicle and its special equipment.

Join Ms. Anne and our favorite Bird Island Park volunteers - Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Gail - for a special bird-themed storytime celebrating Viva Florida 500 with a craft and nature walk afterwards in Bird Island Park. If the weather's nice, we'll gather in the meeting room and then take storytime outdoors, so bring a comfy blanket. The whole family is invited to celebrate Viva Florida 500, our feathered friends, and our wonderful partnership with Bird Island Park.
Just for Babies - Held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 10:15am; for babies up to 15 months and their caregivers. This infant lapsit is designed for one-on-one interaction between caregiver and baby. Families with multiple children are encouraged to attend Family Storytime.
Family Storytime - Held every Tuesday morning at 11am; for children 16 months - 5 years and their families, though no child will be turned away. For more information on system-wide library storytimes, please go here.
