Children, ages 6 - 12, are invited to become Nature Detectives. Learn all about Florida lizards, how to spot them, and how these pollinators relate to gardening. Each child will receive free gardening goodies, including Nature Detective notebooks. These workshops are designed by the Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants, presented by the Garden Circles, and generously sponsored by the Garden Club of St. Augustine. Journey back to the cracker days of old Florida with stories of wild hog hunts, navigating Sweetwater Swamp with a compass, and trips to the company store with a pocketful of tokens.
