This FREE class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement, and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Stretching is great for those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, or overall stiffness due to lack of activity. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel and mat. Presented by licensed yoga instructor, Gina Mercado.

Hispanic Heritage Month Event: Fiesta USA

We are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, and promoting Latin culture, music, and dance this September. We'll remember the anniversary of the independence of 7 Latin American countries by sharing one of our favorite children's books in Spanish and English, crafting tissue paper flowers, showing off our moves with the Mexican hat dance, enjoying churros, and much more!
