Are you looking for a nice gift for a family member or friend for the holidays? Come to the Holiday Book Sale conducted by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library! We will have beautiful and inexpensive coffee-table books for sales as well as many other desirable items for purchase in the FOL Community Room. All proceeds go to the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for the purchase of new books as well as for programs and furniture for the public. Bird Island Park presents Holiday Bedtime Storytime
Tuesday, December 4 at 6:30 pm (inside FOL Community Room)
Children of all ages and their families are invited to wear their pajamas (if they wish!) and join us for a special holiday bedtime storytime presented by Ms. Suzanne of Bird Island Park! Ms. Suzanne and friends will be performing a "readers theatre" version of the holiday classic The Polar Express! Thanks to the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, refreshments will be provided as well. Join us!
Teen Holiday Party
Friday, December 21 from 2 - 5 pm
All teens (particularly our library's VolunTeens!) ages 13 - 18 ONLY are invited to celebrate the holidays together at the library! The library will provide the gaming equipment (PlayStation3, X-Box 360, and Nintendo Wii), opportunities to make holiday cards for senior citizens and participation in a book drive (bring any gently used children's or teen books you wish to donate), and pizza, soda, and munchies to devour! We will also be having a White Elephant Exchange - to participate, simply bring a wrapped small gift less than $2. Join us for fun with your friends, celebrating the holidays, and find out about our newly forming Teen Advisory Board! Participation in the Teen Advisory Board counts as service hours and gives you a say about our teen books, department, programs, and more - starting in 2013! This party is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library and our friends at Sony and is co-hosted by Youth Services Librarian Anne Crawford and Ponte Vedra High School Media Specialist Lisa Barnett.
Family Holiday Craft Party

Children of all ages and their families are invited to come celebrate the holidays at the library by making crafts with the teens of Nease High School's Arts in Motion Club!
