Everyone is welcome to join author Dave Shave at the Southeast Branch Library for this three-part workshop (other classes will be April 29 & May 6 at 10 am).  Shave will share information on exploring your unconscious in order to improve your life and the way you feel.

FOLSE Community Conversation: Matanzas Riverkeeper

Join us for our Spring Community Conversation with Neil Armingeon, Director of the newest Riverkeeper in America's oldest city. Find out why we need to protect the beautiful Matanzas River and what you can do to help. All ages are invited to learn about getting involved with the Matanzas Riverkeeper. This program is graciously provided by the Friends of the Southeast Library.

Celebrate Teen Literature Day: Book Talks

Attention teens: We are seeking Book Talks that celebrate teen literature to post on the Southeast Blog. Book Talks may be no more than 30 seconds and must be about a teen book. Fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels are all acceptable. Book Talks need to be submitted to Miss Kristine or Miss Alex by Thursday, April 17. Call the library at 827-6900 for more information.

 

El Día de los Libros: Book Fiesta Bingo

Celebrate Children’s Book Day aka Día with a game of multilingual picture bingo.  Win books and sweet treats from around the world.  This is a family program for children of all ages.
