Yardening Seminar: Fall Bloomers & Shady Characters

Renee Stambaugh, of Native Plant Consulting & Native Gardens Nursery, presents tips on which plants will flourish this fall and which ones will survive in shady surroundings. Plants will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.

yogaAre you interested in an activity that connects the mind and body? Yoga instructor, Kim McWilliams, guides participants through yoga and all are welcome to join. Her classical yoga style focuses on proper alignment and core strength, with a focus on safety. We encourage you to bring your own water and yoga mat or towel to use during this free one-hour class. Note: it is advised to not practice yoga with a full stomach.

Bargain hunters will find unbelievable prices on a wide variety of books including cookbooks, military, fiction, young adult, and much more. This sale is hosted by the Friends of the Library Southeast and helps fund the programming offered at your library.
