Restore & Flow Yoga

yogaAre you interested in an activity that connects the mind and body? Yoga instructor, Kim McWilliams, guides participants through yoga and all are welcome to join. Her classical yoga style focuses on proper alignment and core strength, with a focus on safety. We encourage you to bring your own water and yoga mat or towel to use during this free one-hour class. Note: it is advised to not practice yoga with a full stomach.

Teen Makerspace: Comic Yourself

Unmask yourself and become a living piece of comic book art! We'll be learning about vintage comics, and then learning to use face paint (and props!) to become comics ourselves.

 

 

Teen Cooking: Healthy Smoothies & Shakes

Teens, please bring an empty stomach to our SMOOTH-est class yet! We'll be learning about smoothies, shakes, and how to pack nutrients into these easy, one-glass meals. Come hungry! Please register for this free program by calling 904-827-6900.

Ice CreamCelebrate our Summer Reading Program (FLYP) with Wacky Wednesdays! We'll be finishing up the summer with a Heroic Ice Cream Party. Come by for an EPIC sundae bar served by your Super Librarians! Don't forget to bring in your summer reading log for stamps and prizes.

Celebrate our Summer Reading Program (FLYP) with Wacky Wednesdays! We'll be visited by TWO heroes this week--Sargeant Frasca from the St. Augustine Police and Miss Linda from the Red Cross! They'll be teaching us about safety on land and in the water, followed by fun crafts. Don't forget to bring in your summer reading log for stamps and prizes.

Firetruck at SoutheastCelebrate our Summer Reading Program (FLYP) with Wacky Wednesdays! We'll be meeting our Firefighter Heroes this week! They'll be teaching us about fire safety and the fire engine. Join us for crafts afterward. Don't forget to bring in your summer reading log for stamps and prizes.
