Baby & Toddler storytimes are for children up to 18 months of age. Craft time is open to all children and focuses on teaching scissor, glue, and coloring skills. Preschool storytimes are open to any child who can sit for longer stories and participate in active songs, counting and colors in Spanish. Come for songs, stories, and fun. The folks from The Florida Public Archaeology Network will introduce students to Timucuan culture, focusing on ways that local prehistoric people used fire to meet their daily needs. RELAX with Singing Bowls

Crystal Singing Bowl Resonance is a powerful healing tool that gently promotes health and balance in one’s life. When played, they produce beautiful waves of healing sound and vibration known as resonance; listeners experience an increased sense of peace, harmony and vitality within their mind, body, & spirit, which can result in lower blood pressure, immune system stimulation, reduction of stress hormones, and increased endorphins. No experience required: expect to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired! During the session participants may rest in savasana or sit; please bring a yoga mat or folded towel for your comfort. A brief introduction to the seven major chakras will be provided and then the Crystal Singing Bowls will be rung, each bowl is specifically tuned to balance and energize each chakra. Spanish StorytimesFridays @ 10:15am in the Childrens Department

Join us every Friday for a fun Spanish/English storytime in the Children's Department. We will have lapsits for babies, rhymes, stories, music, and more. This storytime is conducted in both English and Spanish and is geared toward children and parents learning Spanish, but all are welcome. Bienveniedos a todos!
