Bookmobile Collection:
The bookmobile is stocked with a variety of materials in all formats for people of all ages, interests and information needs (e.g., books -regular and large print; magazines; audio-books; videos; DVDs; and music CDs). Please remember to bring your library card or license!
Special Requests:
Bookmobile patrons may borrow any item from the Library System’s extensive circulating collection. Reserves or Holds may be placed at anytime using the online catalog. The bookmobile will bring the items to you or if you are in a hurry and need the items before the bookmobile is scheduled to return, you may reserve the item to be picked up at the branch of your choice.
Renewals:
Items may be renewed in person, by telephone, or renewed online. Items with outstanding requests will not be renewed. Call the Bookmobile staff for assistance at 827-6944 or view your status immediately through your account info online.
Interlibrary Loans:
All bookmobile patrons may request interlibrary loans for no charge.. *Interlibrary loans are materials borrowed from libraries outside of the county. Bookmobile staff will provide details and assist with placing ILL requests, or they may be placed from the comfort of your home using our online request form.
Homebound Service
If you live in St. Johns County and are restricted to your home – either temporarily or permanently due to illness, physical or other disability or lack of transportation, you may wish to use the St. JohnsCounty Public Library System Homebound Service.
