General Keyword Search
Searching by a general keyword will give you many results. Searching "pokemon" for example, will show not only items about "Pokemon," but also items written by "Pokemon," and items with "Pokemon" in the title. Place your cursor in the box to the right, click the left button once, and type in a word related to the resource you seek.
Press the ENTER key on the keyboard or click on the red arrow to begin your search.
The search results screen shows you the titles that match your search. You can use the scroll bar on the right to move up and down the page.
Carefully look at the Call Number area. This will tell you the format of the item (i.e large print, audio, DVD, etc.)
When you see the title you are interested in, click on the title.
The next screen will give you the detailed information about the item.
The column on the left is called Item Information. This column includes links that will provide you with specific item information such as chapter excerpts, summary, author information, subject links, etc.
The Copy/Holding Information area at the bottom of the screen shows you where copies of the item are located in the various branches.
