This FREE class at the Main library emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement, and attention to alignment. It is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, & increase flexibility. Stretching is great for those who experience joint sensitivity, or overall stiffness. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel & mat. Presented by licensed yoga instructor, Gina Mercado.
