Increase flexibility, build strength, and decrease stress while engaging in the ancient practice of yoga. Yoga instructor, Sharon Sprenger, will guide students through various techniques to help tone and relax the body. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.

Money Skills for Kids

At the end of this workshop, kids will know about where money comes from, the cycle of money, working with a budget, savings, checking, and credit. This free presentation is presented by Laura Bullard Ferguson of Wells Fargo Bank.
