Yoga for Kids

Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, lower stress, and improve energy. Learn to relax your mind and body with some simple, kid-friendly stretches and exercises. This program is for beginners and fun for the whole family. Please wear loose clothing and bring your own towel or mat. Teens are welcome, too.

 

Teen Survival Cooking

Learn how to feed yourself at our cooking series sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library. This month, we'll be making Thanksgiving classics -- just in time for you to put your skills to work at home for the holiday! Registration is required for this free program. Friends of the Southeast Library Booksale

Tables full of books of all kinds will be on sale with most priced at $1.00 or lower. In addition to books, other items such as DVDs & CDs will be available. The FOLSE Bookstore will be open during the same hours with the same low prices.
