Come one, come all to the spectacular and not-so-spooky carnival! Sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library, our Halloween carnival will include fun game booths, crafts, a trail of treats, and lots of special surprises. Come in costume for an extra-fun time. Kids of all ages are welcome at this event.
