Yoga for Kids (and Teens!): Southeast
Monday, November 24 @ 4pm
Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, lower stress, and improve energy. Learn to relax your mind and body with some simple, kid-friendly stretches and exercises. This program is for beginners and fun for the whole family. Please wear loose clothing and bring your own towel or mat. Teens are welcome, too.
J.A.A.M. (Japanese Anime At Main): Kimono Demonstration

The teen anime club is excited to host this chance to learn how to wear traditional Japanese clothing. Casual Warrior's Kimono will provide a step-by-step demonstration on how to wear a kimono and tie an obi. Come to find out what an obi is! All who attend will be entered into a drawing for a haori (kimono jacket).

Teens (Ages 13-18) are invited to have fun with friends at the library. Play "E" and "T"-rated games on our PlayStation 3, Nintendo WiiU, Nintendo Wii, or X-Box 360 set up on three TVs for simultaneous playing. Don't worry about waiting for a turn - we'll have board games to play. Snacks will be provided.
