Feeling STRESSED?!? Join us this summer for a special class designed to help you relax. Focused Breathing + Gentle Stretching = Breathation! Wear loose clothing and bring a towel. We will be doing stress-releasing stretches, while focusing on our breath the entire time. Breathing truly is the key to self healing. Presented by licensed massage therapist, Gina Mercado.
