The 1935 Labor Day hurricane destroyed an automobile highway being built by Bonus Army vets alongside the path originally blazed by Henry Flagler. Over 200 WWI vets on the project were killed. Join us as we examine evidence left by some of these veterans and learn how you can use similar records to research your ancestors from this time period. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.
