Just for Babies - Held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday mornings, January - April, at 10:15 am; babies up to 15 months and their caregivers. This infant lapsit is designed for one-on-one interaction between caregiver and baby with Ms. Anne! Families with multiple children are encouraged to attend Family Storytime. Family Storytime - Held every Tuesday morning, January - April, at 11 am with Ms. Anne; aimed at children 16 months - 5 years and their families, though no child will be turned away! On the 4th Wednesday of every month between 3 - 6 pm, the whole family is invited to the library to play board games. Simply use your library card or driver's license to check out a board game or two and play anywhere in the library. Challenge your family and friends to your favorite games! Call the Library at 827-6950 for more details. All board games are provided by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library.

Tweens in 4th - 7th grade ONLY are invited to come on out and bring your friends for an afternoon of fun building with Legos and hanging out at the library. No registration is necessary and it's free! Thanks to our Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for providing the Legos for this very special program just for Tweens! Please Note: Starting in January 2013, this program moves from the 2nd to the 3rd Wednesday of every month! Also, thanks to the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, we now have pink Legos, too - tween girl Lego lovers, we want you to join our club!!

Children ages 3 - 5 are invited to receive a 10-minute FREE Early Literacy Screening at the Library courtesy of Nemours BrightStart! Registration will be taken on a first-come, first serve basis on this day by a representative of Nemours. Nemours BrightStart will be returning monthly in 2013 to conduct more screenings at the Library for those not able to take advantage of the opportunity on this date. Utilize this free screening to find out where your child's literacy strengths lay and what you can do to help them improve in any other areas before they start school!

Children in Kindergarten - 5th grade, and their caregivers, are invited to make crafts with the teens of Nease High School's Arts in Motion Club! Materials are provided by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, no registration is needed, and it's FREE! Please Note: All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program and starting in January 2013, this program moves from the 1st to the 2nd Wednesday of every month!

Participation in the Teen Advisory Board counts as service hours and snacks will be served provided by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library. Join us for our meeting - led by Youth Services Librarian Anne Crawford - and get involved!
