May 26 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Free
Main Branch Adult Programs

Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine welcomes Karen Ball, a board-certified reflexologist and integrative nutrition health coach with decades of experience in clinical practice and teaching. Learn how you can improve the quality of your life by tweaking just six primary aspects of your life. These four classes will include instruction, discussion and practice of selfcare tips you can utilize at home to take back control of the quality of your health. Each class builds on the one before, so please plan to join us for all four. The series will kick off with general foot care and natural ways to relieve symptoms of chronic foot pain conditions. You will learn self-help reflexology techniques to reduce stress and address functional imbalances in your own body, and receive access to a short video on ‘Waking up the Feet’. The remaining classes will explore simple options you can implement in areas of your life that will bring noticeable improvement to how you feel.

This program is free and open to the public, this event will take place inside the Main Library in the large meeting room. Doors will open at 1:30pm, and the presentation starts promptly at 2:00 pm. Reservations are required. You will need to sign up for the first class to be registered for all 4 weeks. For more information, please call the Main Library at 904-827-6940.

Classes are for ages 18 and up.
