HEARTFULNESS MEDITATION AND DISCUSSION

Abhishek and Lakshmi of Heartfulness Meditation are looking forward to seeing you all again and teaching you the practice of meditation that can help reduce stress and negativity, while building on being present and increasing patience and tolerance.

Meditation is from 10:30am to 11:30am. Attendees are welcome to stay after meditation for discussion and socialization.
