Instructor Cindy Gill is offering a free introduction to Yoga Class in the FOL bookstore from 5:30 to 7:00. Learn the relaxing art of yoga and let your stress melt away! Extra mats will be provided by the instructor so feel free to give the experience a try before you invest in yoga accessories.
