Have you ever wondered what it’s like to sleep in space? Do astronauts eat special food? Why do they grow taller and how do their eyes change in space? These are all really interesting questions. Award-winning children’s author Jennifer Swanson will explore all of the COOL things that astronauts do while living in space. Based on her wildly popular book Spacecare: The Kids Guide to Surviving Space, Jennifer will engage attendees with interactive activities, awesome pictures and videos of real space tech and astronauts, providing some out-of-this world fun facts about what it’s like to live in space!
For kids in grades K-8 with adult supervision. Registration is required! Please register every child and adult who will be in attendance.
