Looking for fitness and wellness tips to incorporate into your daily routine? The fitness and wellness topic we’ll dive into on Tuesday, July 16 is how to stay healthy and strong with minimal equipment and light weights, even from the comfort of our own homes. Karen Cataldo, a JCA Fitness Team Director, will speak to the benefits these practices provide when you incorporate them into your regular routine.

Participants should come prepared to participate in light exercise. 

Karen is an Exercise Physiologist who is certified as an aquatics group exercise and kickboxing instructor, as well as in recreational sports specialties. This is a Sit & Get Fit you won’t want to miss.
