You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. Join Anytime Fitness instructors for a health and wellness mini clinic. Come dressed in exercise clothes for a workout with sneakers required (no flip flops, Crocs, street shoes ) water and a towel to sit on. You’ll receive an introductory talk on motivation & healthy thoughts, a 10-minute warm up and 40 minutes of group exercise training, followed by a cool down. We’ll finish up with nutritional tips and a brief Q & A session. This is for all abilities, age 16 and up.
