The popular Nature Detective workshops are back and this year we celebrate hummingbirds! To make this year’s event even more special, award-winning author Marta Magellan has written a book for us titled Hummingbirds: Flying Jewels!

Students will learn about our regional hummer, the ruby-throated hummingbird, and we will have lots of fun facts, activities, and a video to help our detectives learn more about this bit of flying magic!
