Welcome to I Love Julia @ Chez Bibliotheque! Julia Child has inspired many of us and this month we have Prissy Fletcher of University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences.  Prissy will be talking with us about a pumpkin project that UFIFAS has been working on, the different varieties that may be new to some of us, and whipping up some delicious French recipes using these pumpkins.
