Event Details

Sing songs, dance with scarves, bounce along to rhymes, and read interactive stories to begin your little one’s lifetime love of reading.  This lively storytime class is designed to incorporate to incorporate early skills from Early Child Ready to Read and teach caregivers how to practice these skills at home.  Caregivers are encouraged to experience this class alongside their little ones by participating together.  Designed for ages 12 months to 3 years.

Food is not allowed in the meeting room.  Please consume your snacks before or after the program.

Storytime this season will run from September 12-November 28. Please note that there will be no storytime October 24th or November 7th due to voting. A special “Stay and Play” will take place during these two days.

Also please note that October 31st we will be having a special Halloween storytime for all ages beginning at 10:30 A.M. .  A short Halloween story and song will be followed by a parade through to library to collect goodies from the staff in every department.  Please wear your costumes and come join the fun.  After the parade stay a while and participate in an easy, fun Halloween craft.
