All levels are welcome to this Hatha yoga class, which includes a guided flow of stretching, breathing, and moving through yoga postures mindfully. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat & towel (or stretch band or belt). Mondays, April 11, 18, and 25 at 2pm. RSVP required, space limited to 12.
