We’re going to build a better world this summer during our annual Kids Summer Reading Program! We’re celebrating every Wednesday during the summer at 2pm with classes and shows designed for children ages 5 and up, but all are welcome.

This week, we’ll be learning about building a better world by leaving only our footprints with the St. Johns County Environmental Division. Do you enjoy going to the beach? Do you wish to learn how to become a good beach patron who cares for our ocean and the animals that call it home? Come out and join us with us with fun activities and talking points about how you can “leave only your footprints” the next time you visit the beach.

Also make sure to pick up your summer reading log and keep track of each day that you read. You can stop by the library any time to get it stamped and pick up your prizes.
