In this session you will learn: how specific foods affect inflammation levels in our guts, minds, and bodies; how stress affects inflammation levels; and how your environment can affect the inflammation in your body. Presented by Kim Hynes, MBA, CHC of Wellspring Counseling and Health. Kim has an MBA and is certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has a Gut Specialist certification. As a certified nutritional health coach, Kim also uses her MBA and teaching/coaching background to help her clients change their eating and lifestyle habits to lose weight, reduce stress, reduce symptoms, increase energy and sleep better. She educates clients on how food and habits affect their mind, body, hormones, gut and overall health. She helps her clients overcome their obstacles to getting healthy with small steps that lead to long term, sustainable change.
