Please bring the whole family and join us off-site at the Solomon Calhoun Center (1300 Duval Street) as we take part in the Resilience Family Fest, a multi-organizational celebration of St. Augustine’s Black history and culture. “Resilience Family Fest,” will feature musical performances, food trucks, historical reenactments, pop-up exhibits, arts and crafts activities, oral history interview sessions, and much more.  All are welcome at this FREE community event, which emerged from “Resilience: Black Heritage in St. Augustine,” a collaborative project between cultural and academic institutions that began in 2021 as a celebration of the history and culture of Black St. Augustinians. For more information, please visit the Resilience project’s website, or contact Beth at the Main Library: bmaycumber@sjcfl.us.
