​Our popular Vegetarian Ways class is back, but this time it’s virtual! Join us in Akilah’s vegetarian kitchen as she makes amazing spicy buffalo cauliflower wings! You won’t miss the meat in this delicious treat. Akilah will break it down into easy steps so you’ll be baking up cauliflower wings in no time!

Akilah’s Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients:
2 Large heads Fresh Cauliflower(about 3 lbs)
2 cups + 2 Tablespoons Organic All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
1 teaspoon Hawaiian Style Black Lava Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, ground
1 ½ teaspoons Hatch Green Chile Powder
3 ¼ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
¾ cup Bread Crumbs
1 ½ teaspoons Hatch Green Chile Flakes
3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
3 teaspoons Nutritional Yeast
2 cups + 2 Tablespoons Cashew, Walnut, or Almond Milk
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
