(Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) Program of the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, operated through ElderSource.  They can help you determine which Medicare Prescription Drug Plan will best meet your needs, answer questions about Medigap, Medicare Advantage, and assist Medicare beneficiaries in areas such as home health benefits, Medicare claims and appeals, and other Medicare issues.

Counselors and volunteers are not affiliated with any insurance company and will not attempt to sell you insurance.  Services are free, unbiased, and available to Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers or representatives.
