Event Details

All levels are welcome to this Hatha yoga class which includes a guided flow of stretching, breathing and moving through yoga postures (asanas) in a mindful way. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat & towel (or stretch band or belt) and water. Mary Linn (200YTT) will guide you to listen to your body as you adjust and flow through your own practice — beginning or experienced.
