New Branches
St. Johns County Library System is growing, and we’re excited to share the journey with you!
New branches are underway across the county, expanding access and improving spaces for everyone. This page is your go-to hub for the latest updates and a look into the behind-the-scenes progress.
Our last library, Anastasia Island Branch, opened its doors in 2007. Since then, St. Johns County has grown in population and development. Over the years, we have aimed to grow with our community through our services. On April 2, 2024, the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners unanimously authorized moving forward with expanding our library system.
Stay tuned for monthly updates as we build the future of your library system!
