Spring Into a Good Book

Sunlight is lasting a little longer each day, temperatures are warming, and trees are hoping to bud. Springtime is on its way (at last)! Oh, how we’ve missed it. Life seems livelier when the weather is warm. Springtime is the perfect season to do some spring cleaning, final studying before the summer break, and of course, to get lost in a wonderful book!

Now is the perfect time to pick out books for poolside reading, ACT/SAT studying and practice testing, or tackling some DIY projects around the house and yard. You’ll find plenty of fresh ideas by browsing the latest books, e-books, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines at the library. From our webpage, you can also launch a new project with the latest and most accurate information available in our databases.

To further enhance your reading enjoyment, the libraries offer monthly book discussion groups for both adults and teens, providing an opportunity to share opinions, likes and dislikes, and meet new friends.

With six branches and two bookmobiles throughout the county, it’s easy to find a library nearby! Shake off those winter doldrums and spring into your local library!
